UK DELIVERY

Delivery is charged as follows to UK mainland postcodes:

  • Next day delivery (order by 12 midday) – £7.95 
  • Orders placed by 12 midday Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next day
  • Orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday
  • UK Standard Delivery 3-5 working days - £3.99
  • Free delivery – on all orders over £100 (3-5 working days)

EUROPEAN & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Unfortunately, at this time we're not able to offer international shipping through our online shop. 

CLICK & COLLECT

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Click and Collect via the online shop however, you can contact your local Blade Motorcycles Retailer to find out if they have the product of your choice in stock at site.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.  We offer a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order*. You can return your product and receive a refund to the original payment method.

*Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:

  • All returned goods must be in resalable condition. Packaging must not be damaged, and all tags, labels and any other parts supplied must be intact. If the goods are not in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund;
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use;
  • Any product which has been test fitted to a motorcycle is considered used and cannot be returned.
  • We do not refund shipping costs.
  • We do not accept returns of helmets.

This does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty goods. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Email us at BMCshopreturns@bladegroup.co.uk with your order number and your desire to return your item(s) along with the reason why and we will advise you of the next steps and which store address to return your item(s) to. 

  • All returned items will be refunded once they've been inspected by our team. If you require an exchange or need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order. 

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear onto the original payment card once processed.  

We do not cover return shipping fees. Please ensure you return items carefully as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the returns process. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with detail and photographs of the fault on BMCshopreturns@bladegroup.co.uk.
